Funding for Cornwall's Historic Monuments
Cornwall AONB has announced that the AONB Monumental Improvement Project has been awarded a grant of £489,700 from the National Lottery Heritage Fund.

Consultation on changes to Street Naming
The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities have launched an online survey seeking views on how streets are named, and how names can be changed.
The government is considering legislation to ensure there is a common requirement across England for votes on proposed changes of street names and is interested in views on how this would be implemented.

Keep Britain Tidy Fund for Local Authorities
The Keep Britain Tidy Chewing Gum Task Force Grant Scheme is open for expressions of interest here.
The Chewing Gum Task Force brings together major chewing gum producers, including Mars Wrigley and Perfetti Van Melle, as well as some producers of nicotine replacement therapy gum and is administered by environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy.

CIL Funding Applications - Expressions of Interest need to be submitted by 5pm on 23 June.
The second round of Cornwall Council's Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Fund round is now open. Local councils, constituted community groups and not for profit organisations can bid for between £20,000 and £100,000 CIL funding to deliver local infrastructure projects that will benefit children and young people.
