NALC has recently issued an updated version of its Legal Topic Note 57. The revised LTN removes detail on the old legal position and makes the guidance contained in the note more relevant. A copy can be found in our Documents section.

The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018 aim to ensure websites are accessible to people with various disabilities. The government has now produced guidance for the safe use of multi-purpose community facilities and guidance for the safe use of council buildings which include what activities can take place from 4 July and what practical steps can be taken to manage risks.
