Cornwall Council has prepared this list of charities which are fund raising which can be displayed on your website and social media, as well as printed off and displayed in the parish/town.

Pledge for nature campaign and local Ecological Emergency Summit
On Thursday 10 March 2022 at 11am CALC will be hosting an online Teams meeting for all interested local councils to highlight the Pledge for nature campaign and local Ecological Emergency Summit.

Section 137 limit 2022/2023
The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) has notified the National Association of Local Councils (NALC) that the appropriate sum for the purpose of section 137(4)(a) of the Local Government Act 1972 (the 1972 Act) for local (parish and town) councils in England for 2022/23 is £8.82 per elector.

Casework Assist training for clerks
Cornwall Council are providing several short training sessions for clerks that will provide an overview of the Casework Assist system. This system can help clerks identify the right officers for help with enquiries and track cases.
