Change to self-certification for staff absence

As a temporary measure, due to Covid pressures on GP services, the Government has increased the length of time which employee can be off work before they need to provide a fit note from a GP. New guidance on easements over common land and village greens

NALC has recently issued an updated version of its Legal Topic Note 57. The revised LTN removes detail on the old legal position and makes the guidance contained in the note more relevant. A copy can be found in our Documents section.
