Andrew Towlerton Associates is a planning consultancy based in South Yorkshire which specialises in working with town and parish councils, voluntary and community groups and individuals. Andrew is an experienced and qualified planner who has held senior planning positions in the public and private sectors. A parish clerk, he understands town and parish councils.
